Unlike a generic corporate photographer, I focus on capturing personality and presence, not just a standard “headshot.” The result is images that feel modern, engaging, and give your your team a sense of personal brand.   • Yes, absolutely. I come on‑site to you anywhere. Whether it’s a boardroom, break room, meeting room or even a small corner, I can make it work, even tiny spaces can produce great results.

  • Typically about 10 minutes per person, sometimes even quicker if you need a fast turnover. For larger teams I plan things efficiently to keep everything running smoothly.

  • Each person usually gets around 10–15 final shots to choose from, all lightly retouched so everyone looks refreshed and professional.

  • Anywhere with enough room for a simple setup is fine. A boardroom, meeting room, break room, or clear office wall are all great options. I bring lighting and gear, and I’ll make the most of whatever space you have. 

  • You can totally use your office environment if you prefer. We can do classic clean headshots or incorporate your workplace backgrounds — it’s up to you and your brand style.

  • Yes. I do a non‑intensive retouch on every selected image, removing temporary blemishes and making sure everyone looks like they had a great night’s sleep, not airbrushed or artificial.

  • God no! And honestly most stylish corporate sites use other colours or simple backgrounds that complement their brand. White can look a bit sterile and outdated for some companies.

  • My pricing gets more cost‑effective the more team members you book:

    • ~10 team members: around £1500

    • ~20 team members: around £2500

  • Yes, I can tailor a quote based on the size of your team, session duration, and any specific brand or usage needs.

  • I can comfortably photograph up to 50 team members in a day, even 60 if everything is scheduled meticulously. If you want a slower, more personalised experience, around 30–40 people is ideal.

  • Final headshots are usually delivered in under 7 business days after the shoot (details will be confirmed when we book).

  • I can provide guidance if needed, but generally standard professional attire works best. We can also discuss wardrobe expectations based on your company’s brand and how you plan to use the images. I always welcome someone with a unique sense of style though!

  • Absolutely, we can plan lighting and background styles so everyone’s headshots feel like part of one cohesive gallery or brand look.

  • These headshots are great for websites, team pages, press materials, social profiles, internal directories, marketing and more. The only exception is paid advertising incl social media ads. This comes at a higher price bracket.

  • No problem at all! I guide people throughout their session so they feel comfortable and confident in their shots. My best and most consistent feedback is how comfortable I make the process for the clients.
